Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Technical Product Manager with a solid foundation in Product Management. This role will be key to driving the development and delivery of high-impact product features that align with our company’s strategic goals. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, working with cross-functional teams, and helping to prioritize and define product features that enhance our customer experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Strategy:

    • Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to help define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

    • Assist in shaping the product’s long-term direction, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.

    • Represent the customer in clinical and billing workflows, demonstrating responsibility for end-to-end customer journey and touchpoints

  • Backlog Management:

    • Take ownership of the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.

    • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are well-understood and executed.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with Product Managers, designers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

    • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment and transparency.

    • Establish effective relationships with key stakeholders across the product in order to streamline processes of gathering ideas/inputs that improve product decisions

    • Leverage customer feedback, research, and analytics to prioritize product features and enhancements.

  • Agile Development & Scrum:

    • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

    • Ensure that the development team is continuously working on the highest-priority items that provide the most value to the business and users.

  • Performance & Metrics:

    • Track product performance through key metrics, ensuring features meet business goals and customer expectations.

    • Analyze post-launch data and feedback, iterating on features as needed to optimize product outcomes.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

    • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, clearly communicating product status, risks, and challenges.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Technical Product Management or Product Ownership in an Agile environment.

  • Experience with defining and managing product roadmaps, creating user stories, and working with development teams.

  • Solid understanding of product management processes, from ideation through to launch and iteration.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to prioritize effectively, balancing business needs with technical constraints.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Azure DevOps or Atlassian JIRA

  • A strong understanding of the product lifecycle, user experience, and how to drive products to successful delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in clinical EMR/EHR Workflows, licensed clinician is a plus.

  • Experience in dialysis is a plus

  • RCM and Billing workflows are a plus

  • Certification in Scrum Product Owner or a similar Agile methodology is a plus.

Salary Range (US Only):

The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $96,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.

Other Compensation (US Only):

This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.

Time off (US Only):
