As a Senior Product Manager (Technical), you will bring 4–6 years of experience in Product Management-Technical , Product Ownership, or Business Analysis in a technology-driven environment.
Proven expertise in writing epics and user stories, breaking down complex business requirements into actionable functional/user requirement for development tasks.
Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence etc) with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work with business product management stakeholders to translate strategic business objectives into functional and user requirements, ensuring all aspects are clearly defined and traceable.
Author epics, features, and user stories with well-structured acceptance criteria and supporting documentation that reflect the voice of the user and align with business goals.
Partner with engineering teams to clarify requirements, address dependencies, and validate technical approaches during planning and development.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure user flows and interfaces reflect real-world use cases and business logic.
Support backlog management, sprint planning, and release readiness to maintain a steady flow of deliverables that meet definition of done.
Participate in impact assessments and help prioritize initiatives based on business value, complexity, and dependencies.
Contribute to documentation standards, templates, and tools that make requirement capture and story writing more consistent across teams.
Engage in technical discussions with engineering to balance ideal user experience with scalable implementation.
