Position Summary
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to own planning and delivery for three flagship SaaS products for home-based providers — Pulse Episodes, Pulse Transitions, and Muse. Reporting to the Product Lead and partnering with a dedicated Product Owner, you’ll translate strategy into an executable roadmap, prioritize a mix of ML, AI‑enabled, and traditional features, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to launch enhancements that improve outcomes for post‑acute patients.
Job Duties
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market analysis, and business objectives.
- Convert product vision and quarterly goals into a prioritized backlog for each product — balancing clinical impact, development cost, technical feasibility (AI or otherwise), and commercial value.
- Regularly review and adjust the product backlogs based on changing market conditions and stakeholder feedback.
- Define feature level requirements and success criteria; Partner with product owners and UX designers to run an efficient SDLC process.
- Obtain feedback from clients/users and internal stakeholders to ensure features, reports, dashboards, and AI prompts are maximizing value and offer an ideal user experience.
- Work closely with UX to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to validate product concepts.
- Lead sprint team and write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
- Collaborate with technology to estimate delivery timing of features.
- Monitor usage, in-app user feedback, KPIs, feature adoption, data science model performance, and generative AI helpfulness; translate into actionable insights.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert for Sales, Client Success, and Clinical stakeholders on product capabilities/value, configuration, and feature delivery timing expectations.
- Triage production issues, analyze support‑ticket trends, and feed insights back into the product roadmap for continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years’ Product‑Management experience in SaaS or healthcare technology; at least 2 years owning a multi‑feature roadmap.
- Track record of bringing both data‑driven and traditional features from concept to launch and achieving measurable customer value.
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies
- Proficiency with product toolsets (ADO, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Pendo or similar).
- Excellent written & verbal communication; able to translate complex ideas (including AI concepts when relevant) into clear clinical and business value.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with designing reports & dashboards.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hybrid work environment with competing deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain expertise in home‑health, hospice, or broader post‑acute care.
- Experience commercializing analytics or ML features.
- Familiarity with utilizing BI tools (e.g., Excel Pivot Tables, Tableau, PowerBI or similar).
Job Location
Forcura and Medalogix have office locations in Jacksonville, FL, and Nashville, TN, respectively. For this role, we are seeking candidates who are interested in a hybrid work arrangement at either location and we are open to fully-remote candidates.
