Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing and driving the development and success of a product throughout its lifecycle. Acts as the bridge between stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to ensure the product meets user needs and business objectives. Key responsibilities include defining the product vision and strategy, prioritizing features and tasks, creating and maintaining product backlog, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Communicate product vision, value proposition, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, sales, marketing, and client success teams.
Define and prioritize product requirements and user stories based on client feedback, data analysis, and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in multiple geographies and time zones, including engineering, design, and CSM, to drive product development and launch.
Analyze and report on product performance KPIs, using data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Meet with clients, stakeholders, and technology partners, and conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in available solutions supporting litigation, investigation, etc..
Incorporate feedback from end-users, business stakeholders and external partners to continuously improve the product, drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
Understand industry trends and incorporate new technologies into the product roadmap.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Engineering, ensuring priorities, requirements, and delivery expectations are clearly understood and aligned.
Qualifications & Characteristics
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS product manager
3+ years of experience in the legal industry-- preferably in eDiscovery and/or trial preparation software
Strong understanding of the legal industry, customers, and competitors
Understanding of AI and machine learning methodologies and technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models, Agentic AI & Chatbots.
Experience managing a software product with over $10M revenue is highly desirable .
Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google).
Demonstrated expertise in product strategy development.
Ability to analyze data, metrics, and market research to make informed decisions to optimize product performance.
Strong business acumen to deliver product improvements that improve the competitive position of the business.
Skilled in prioritizing features and tasks based on business value, user feedback, and market demand.
Strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly Engineering and other business stakeholders.
Experience working in an agile team using scrum methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to embrace change, iterate on ideas, and respond quickly to evolving market dynamics and user feedback.
The Compensation range for this role is $160,000 -$185,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
