Overview of the Senior Product Manager, Bank Trust Operations:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of products that support our Bank Trust Operations. In this critical role, the Senior Product Manager will drive modernization and innovation across trust services, with a focus on automation, compliance, user experience, and operational efficiency. You will work cross-functionally to align product development with regulatory expectations, business goals, and client needs.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Product Manager, Bank Trust Operations:
- Define Product Vision & Roadmap: Develop and execute a long-term strategy that aligns with trust business priorities and client needs.
- Ā Collaborate Across Stakeholders: Work closely with Trust Officers, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to surface pain points and co-create solutions.
- Ā Monitor Industry & Regulatory Trends: Stay current on fiduciary regulations, market shifts, and competitive offerings to inform product direction.
- Ā Enhance User Experience: Lead improvements to the client and employee experience by championing intuitive workflows and streamlined processes.
- Lead Agile Product Delivery:Ā Oversee end-to-end delivery of features and enhancements in partnership with cross-functional Agile teams.
- Integrate Data & Risk Insights: Leverage data to drive decisions and ensure products meet compliance and risk management standards.
- Establish KPIs & Measure Impact: Define success metrics to track product adoption, efficiency gains, and operational impact.
- Manage Vendor Partnerships:Ā Build and maintain relationships with third-party platforms that support trust operations and administration.
Skills and Experience of the Senior Product Manager, Bank Trust Operations:
- Ā 7+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years supporting banking, trust, or wealth management operations.
- Deep understanding of fiduciary products, trust accounting processes, and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrated success in delivering and scaling digital products within financial services.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with enterprise-scale technology platforms.
- Experience with client onboarding workflows, advisor tools, or digital servicing portals a plus.
- Familiarity with GenAI applications or emerging technologies in financial services preferred.
- Professional certification in fiduciary or trust management (e.g., CTFA) preferred.
