Senior Product Manager

Lextegrity, a Case IQ Company, is a global leader in the digital transformation of compliance risk management. Our integrated platform combines continuous spend monitoring of data from systems like SAP, Oracle, and Concur with workflow automation tools to help global organizations prevent and detect fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, and other economic crimes.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Lextegrity team and help ensure our software continues to set the standard for compliance monitoring among the world’s largest organizations. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, data-driven consensus builder who is process-oriented, thrives in cross-functional collaboration, and confidently represents Lextegrity and our products outwardly.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind product-led prioritization and decision-making, guiding the strategy and execution of a feature development scrum team. Reporting to the Director of Product, you will lead cross-functional discussions, particularly with customer-facing teams, to ensure our roadmap aligns with both user needs and business goals. Your expertise in compliance SaaS products will be essential as you advocate for the voice of the customer. While your primary focus will be on our compliance monitoring product, you’ll also provide strategic support for our approvals and disclosures solution and third-party risk management offering.

To succeed in this role, you should bring proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong grasp of product management frameworks and agile software development practices. Familiarity with tools that support requirements gathering and sprint management—such as Jira—is also essential.

What You’ll Do

Product Leadership & Product Prioritization

• Facilitate cross-functional product-led prioritization discussions with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align feature development with business objectives and customer needs.
• Serve as a product expert and the voice of the customer, ensuring that all product decisions reflect user needs, particularly in compliance monitoring and third party risk management.
• Collaborate with other product managers, designers, and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements, with a clear focus on solving the key problems for users and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Document requirements using storyboards, process flows, and written specifications. Ensure scrum teams understand the business objectives for functional and non-functional requirements.

Customer-Centric Roadmap & Execution

• Own and manage the product backlog for your workstreams, prioritizing features and enhancements that directly address the compliance, risk management, and investigative needs of our customers.
• Lead 1 feature development scrum team, ensuring that the team delivers solutions that meet the highest standards of usability, performance, and security.
• Conduct customer interviews, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable product requirements that align with the product strategy and enhance our offerings.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement

• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless product lifecycle from inception to development to release to post-release measurement.
• Work closely with product marketing to position Lextegrity’s strengths within key segments such compliance monitoring, ensuring that features are effectively communicated to customers.
• Provide expert support for implementation teams, particularly in product configuration, integrations, and migrations, to ensure smooth transitions and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver training, webinars, and work with our technical writer to ensure both customer and internal enablement objectives are met for each feature.

 Data-Driven Insights & Iteration

• Define and analyze key product metrics, using data to iterate and improve product features to ensure customer success and business growth.
• Regularly engage with customer-facing teams to capture the voice of the customer and make data-driven decisions that guide the product roadmap and feature prioritization. 

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of product management experience with a focus on SaaS products
• Experience and/or knowledge in Risk, Compliance, or Security is preferred
• Proven ability to lead product discussions and make strategic decisions based on customer insights, market research, and business priorities
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple scrum teams and delivering complex solutions
• Experience conducting user research through varying methods
• Experience with end-to-end product development lifecycle form inception to release
• Knowledge and practical experience with product management frameworks (i.e. Jobs-to-be-done, Personas, Journey Mapping, etc.)
• Strong presentation skills and comfortable communicating to a large audience including webinars and/or customer enablement sessions
• Excellent communication skills
• Ideal candidate will continuously seek and implement ways to improve processes and overall business objectives
