Senior Product Manager

About Decisiv

Decisiv is redefining how the world’s most complex physical assets are serviced and kept operating. Our Service Relationship Management (SRM) platform is the industry standard for commercial vehicle service ecosystems today—and the foundation for expanding that success into new vertical industries tomorrow.

At Decisiv, we believe asset service works best when every participant across the ecosystem—OEMs, dealers, service providers, fleets, and asset owners—operates from a single, real-time source of truth. When data, insights, and decisions are shared instantly, assets stay on the road longer, downtime is reduced, and entire service networks perform better.

That belief is already powering some of the most recognizable names in the industry. Volvo, Mack, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Hino, Isuzu, TICO, Wabash, Carrier, and others run their service programs on the Decisiv SRM platform, trusting it as the backbone of their mission-critical service operations.

Decisiv enables continuous, real-time exchange of asset and service data across every service event—supporting decisions, approvals, and communication between dealers, service providers, fleet managers, asset owners, operators, manufacturers, and call centers. More than a system of record, Decisiv is a system of engagement: the connective tissue that brings people, processes, and platforms together across the entire asset service lifecycle.

As the network grows, so does the impact. Every new connection makes the platform more powerful, more intelligent, and more valuable to everyone involved. Joining Decisiv means helping build the infrastructure that keeps global service ecosystems moving—and shaping the future of how physical assets are managed, serviced, and optimized at scale.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with 7+ years of product management experience to help lead and evolve Decisiv’s flagship SaaS platform—a mission-critical, multi-sided ecosystem that connects customers, partners, and service networks at scale.

In this role, you’ll be a key driver of product strategy and execution. You’ll work directly with customers to deeply understand their needs, translate insights into a clear product vision, and build a roadmap that delivers measurable customer and business outcomes. You’ll balance big-picture thinking with hands-on leadership, guiding products from concept through launch and continuous improvement.

You’ll join a growing, collaborative Product organization that includes Product Managers, UX Designers, and Researchers, and you’ll partner closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Account Management, and Product Marketing. This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer and works in a highly visible, matrixed environment with executive leadership and key product leaders across the company.

This is a remote role based in the United States, with occasional travel for customer engagements and company events.

Key Responsibilities

As a senior member of the Product organization, you will play a central role in shaping the future of Decisiv’s SaaS ecosystem:

  • Help define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Decisiv’s multi-sided, SaaS-based platform
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, partnering with UX and Engineering from discovery and ideation through delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization
  • Develop and track clear, outcome-based success metrics, prioritizing use cases and requirements based on customer impact and business value
  • Build and maintain a highly differentiated product portfolio through a clear, focused, and outcome-oriented roadmap
  • Lead and participate in scrum teams, driving rapid, data-informed iterations to meet customer and business objectives
  • Leverage customer insights, usage data, and market intelligence to inform prioritization and decision-making
  • Continuously analyze competitors and market trends to refine product positioning and investment decisions
  • Identify, validate, and champion new growth opportunities across the platform
  • Engage regularly with customers, prospects, and partners through interviews, focus groups, and reviews to gather feedback and evangelize product strategy
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to support product launches and customer-facing materials, including announcements, positioning, success stories, sales enablement, and presentations

Skills & Experience

Must Have Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling B2B, high-tech SaaS products in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Demonstrated success using industry research, customer insights, usage analytics, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap decisions
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity, align diverse stakeholders, and confidently drive product direction in dynamic environments
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influence skills, with a track record of managing trade-offs, facilitating healthy debate, and driving clear decisions
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities, paired with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for both internal leadership and customer-facing audiences
  • High degree of professionalism, ownership, and accountability, with the ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience working closely with technical teams

Strong Pluses

  • Experience with asset-centric or service management products, particularly in complex, operationally intensive industries
  • Familiarity with fleet management systems, dealer management systems (DMS), telematics, and/or IoT-driven platforms, especially in data-rich, integrated ecosystems
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue, growth, and customer ROI; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
