The Senior Lead Digital Product Manager owns enterprise AI value realization and delivery at Wells Fargo, ensuring AI investments generate measurable business outcomes and scalable, reusable capabilities across the organization. This role leads the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI use cases, including pipeline intake and prioritization, value hypothesis development, business case standards, and benefits tracking. Acting as a strategic orchestrator across product, technology, and business stakeholders, the role drives informed scaling decisions—determining when to replicate and scale successful AI solutions—and ensures disciplined execution through strong program management practices. By tying AI initiatives directly to enterprise value, this leader enables sustained impact, transparency, and accountability across the AI portfolio.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience owning or managing enterprise digital, analytics, or AI product portfolios with a focus on measurable business outcomes
  • Proven ability to define and prioritize use case pipelines using value-based frameworks and strategic alignment
  • Strong experience developing value hypotheses, business cases, and standardized benefit realization models
  • Experience tracking and reporting benefits realization, KPIs, and ROI for complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated success scaling digital or AI solutions through replicate-and-scale decision models
  • Strong program management skills, including coordination across multiple teams, timelines, and dependencies
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across business, technology, and risk partners

NC- Charlotte Pay Range: $159,000 – $254,000 Annually
