This role will serve as a key product leader driving WIM’s multi‑year AI transformation agenda across advisor workflows, client experience, operations, and self‑directed channels. The Senior Lead AI Product Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing a cohesive, end‑to‑end AI product strategy, informed by business priorities, operational needs, regulatory expectations, and enterprise AI standards.

As AI initiatives rapidly expand across WIM, this role provides clear ownership, strategic alignment, and disciplined execution to ensure AI capabilities scale responsibly, securely, and consistently within a highly regulated financial services environment.

In this role, you will

  • Define and own the AI product strategy, outcomes, and end‑state vision, aligning WIM AI initiatives to enterprise priorities and measurable business value.
  • Lead end‑to‑end product management for complex, enterprise‑grade AI platforms, solutions, and capabilities, ensuring scalability, governance, and operational readiness.
  • Partner closely with the WIM Head of AI & Digital Asset Platforms to shape AI roadmaps, investment decisions, prioritization, and product tradeoffs.
  • Translate business problems into prioritized AI use cases, value cases, and delivery plans across advisor, client, and operations domains.
  • Drive cross‑product AI portfolio management, identifying dependencies, synergies, and risks across platforms, workflows, and distribution channels.
  • Guide long‑term AI solution delivery, accounting for regulatory requirements, responsible AI principles, data dependencies, and enterprise technology constraints.
  • Articulate AI product vision and roadmap; define scope; prioritize backlogs; and support platform evolution, model deployment, and workflow integration.
  • Own key business, adoption, operational, and risk metrics, embedding governance, controls, and compliance requirements throughout the AI product lifecycle.
  • Engage and align cross‑functional teams and external partners, including Product Owners, Engineering, Data, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and vendors.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex AI, regulatory, and market considerations into clear product direction and execution plans.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or Agile Product Owner roles, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience leading Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or advanced analytics product management initiatives within financial services or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to define, own, and execute a multi‑year AI product strategy and roadmap, aligned to enterprise priorities, business outcomes, and operational needs.
  • Strong background in end‑to‑end product management for enterprise‑grade AI platforms, including backlog prioritization, roadmap delivery, platform modernization, and lifecycle ownership.
  • Demonstrated experience translating business problems into AI use cases, value cases, and delivery plans, supporting advisor workflows, client experience, and operational processes.
  • Experience leading cross‑product or portfolio‑level AI initiatives, identifying dependencies, synergies, risks, and prioritization tradeoffs across platforms and channels.
  • Working knowledge of responsible AI principles, AI governance, model risk management, data dependencies, and regulatory expectations, with experience embedding controls into product design and delivery.
  • Proven experience managing AI platforms, data‑driven solutions, or intelligent automation capabilities, including model deployment, workflow integration, and scalable platform evolution.
  • Experience developing and owning business cases for AI capabilities, including articulation of business value, cost, risk, and investment tradeoffs.
  • Strong partnership experience with Technology, Data, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and external vendors in a matrixed enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and executive stakeholders, providing clear product direction across strategy, execution, risk, and investment decisions.
