The Product Manager is responsible for the success of the product by maximizing the output of the development team within a scrum framework. They are responsible for ordering backlog, clearly expressing the product backlog items, ordering the items to best achieve goals, optimizing the value of the work the team performs. The Product Manager will lead collaboration, facilitate sprint activities, and create and communicate requirements artifacts that translate business needs into executable requirements. They work closely with business stakeholders, product/project managers, and technical teams to understand, analyze, refine, prioritize, and communicate needs to ensure full understanding of project scope, objectives, and requirements.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Hybrid work environment. In person collaboration is required to support engagement with the program/project team. In addition to in-office days, employees have the flexibility to telework (with supervisor approval) on designated days or as needed, provided that they adhere to established communication protocols and fulfill their work responsibilities effectively. Additionally, travel may be required 1-2 times per month to customer and subcontractor sites as well as other office locations
Clearance Requirements
Some positions will require access to U.S. National Security information. Positions that require this access will be required to receive and maintain a U.S. government personnel security clearance (PCL). In order to qualify for this position, the candidate must be a US Citizen and either currently possess this National Security eligibility or be able to complete the investigation application process with a favorable determination and maintain that eligibility throughout their employment.
