Job Description:

In this job you will be responsible for overseeing product development, creating product strategies, and defining the product roadmap. The ability to clearly communicate business needs to the engineering team is essential in this role. 

You will also be responsible for understanding industry norms, new products on the market, and working with our customer success team to articulate what customers are looking for in our current product lineup.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain the product roadmap.
• Conduct market research to determine where our resources should be focused.
• Define the product strategy and vision for our current product lineup and possible expansion into new markets.
• Work with Engineering to create tasks and create a timeline for when tasks will be completed.
• Work with Customer Success and Sales to create vision for new features in the current product lineup.
• Develop and maintain reports on product successes and failures for senior management.

Requirements:

• Experience working on the product life cycle and product design
• Experience with market research and project management.
• Experience working in Google Search Marketing Ads.
• Knowledge of search marketing landscape.
• Experience working in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with the latest AI tools and trends
• Experience working with Engineering teams to build out successful processes. 
• Critical thinking, data analysis, and the ability to assess information and data to provide insights to employees.
• Experience working in JIRA.
