As the Product Manager, Seamless Ordering, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of an industry leading customer experience within the Popeyes App and Website. Your job will involve understanding our customers’ needs and business goals to develop a roadmap rooted in meticulous qualitative and quantitative analysis. You will partner with engineering, design and marketing to implement exceptional experiences across the customer journey. You have experience building and A/B testing thoughtful, data-driven consumer-facing products that focus on the customer first, accelerating purchase decisions, and delivering innovative experiences that drive satisfaction and sales.
This position is based in Miami, FL and is in the office 5 days a week.
