About the Role
Employ is seeking a Product Manager to help evolve key experiences within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) products, shaping how recruiters discover, manage, and engage talent across the hiring lifecycle.
This role will focus primarily on advancing core ATS sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities across Employ’s portfolio—including Lever, Jobvite, and JazzHR—used by 2,500+ organizations ranging from SMB to enterprise across a wide variety of industries.
In addition to strengthening these core ATS workflows, you will also help evolve our AI Companions, bringing AI-powered assistance into recruiter workflows to improve candidate and pipeline management, interviewing and evaluation, and offer management.
In this role, you will improve how recruiters and hiring teams manage candidates and move through the hiring process within Employ’s ATS platform. Your work will directly contribute to more efficient workflows, better candidate experiences, and measurable improvements in hiring outcomes.
This is a highly cross-functional role where you will partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build modern recruiter experiences that drive hiring efficiency and deliver measurable value for customers.

You’ll be joining a tight-knit group of product managers who collectively own and shape the end-to-end recruitment workflow. The team operates with a high level of collaboration, shared context, and mutual support, ensuring strong alignment across products and initiatives. We are in the midst of a rapid transition toward AI-driven practices, actively integrating intelligent systems into our product strategy and execution. At the same time, we remain deeply committed to best-in-class product management fundamentals—balancing innovation with rigor, customer focus, and disciplined decision-making.

You will be responsible for:

Driving end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, from discovery through launch

Contributing to roadmap prioritization for ATS capabilities, informed by customer feedback, usage data, and competitive context

Partnering with engineering and design to scope, specify, and ship recruiter and hiring manager workflow improvements

Supporting the development of AI-powered features (e.g., recommendations, automation, assisted workflows) within existing recruiter experiences

Conducting customer and stakeholder discovery to surface insights that improve recruiter efficiency and candidate experience

Working with go-to-market partners on launch readiness, messaging, and enablement for new capabilities

Monitoring feature adoption and outcomes post-launch to inform iteration
What You Bring:

2-4 years of product management experience

Demonstrated ability to ship products and features end-to-end

Familiarity working alongside AI/ML or data science teams on AI-powered features

Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform prioritization decisions

Clear, organized communicator who can align cross-functional teammates and surface insights to product leadership

Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in a results-oriented, PE-backed environment
It’s a Plus if You Have:

Experience in hiring, HR tech, or workforce technology

Exposure to AI/ML-powered features or working with data science teams

Experience improving workflows, usability, or operational efficiency within a product
We believe clarity builds trust, so we share the national pay range for this role: $120,000–$150,000 per year (USD base salary). This range reflects the scope of the role across the U.S. and is informed by market data, internal equity, and the responsibilities of the position.
