POSITION SUMMARY: The Product Manager supports the development, launch, and ongoing performance of product lines within the Dynamis portfolio. This individual contributes to roadmap execution, coordinates cross‑functional activities, and assists in delivering reliable, high‑quality solutions to the energy market. The ideal candidate brings technical curiosity, strong organizational skills, and a desire to build products that address real-world energy challenges.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may.")
- Support the manufacturing process and assist with scheduling for new power generation package builds.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external customers regarding package build status and basic product inquiries.
- Review project schedules and manufacturing processes to help facilitate on time delivery.
- Assist in evaluating new products and supporting new product implementation efforts.
- Act as a liaison between engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other relevant business units.
- Monitor product performance before and after launch, maintaining continuous communication with cross-functional teams and reporting key findings to senior product leaders.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities in collaboration with the Quality and Production teams.
- Identify and communicate potential risks or issues related to assigned product lines to senior stakeholders.
- Assist in tracking project budgets and documenting project progress.
- Manage project specific and standard bill of materials (BOM).
- Ensure vendor deliveries and costs meet project expectations.
- Support proper project closure including documenting lessons learned and knowledge transfer.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
- Daily overtime required and in person, predictable attendance in Houston, TX.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License required. Most employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including 3-year U.S. driving history and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in product management or project coordination in a manufacturing or industrial environment. An equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
- Familiarity with gas turbines, reciprocating engines, energy storage, or related power generation equipment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings, i.e., P&ID, General Arrangement, EE.
- Experience supporting projects involving custom equipment, power systems, or mechanical/electrical assemblies is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous build projects from planning through delivery, within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, supply chain coordination, and quality systems.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work within a team concept to successfully complete assigned tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage purchase orders, change orders, invoices, customer expectations, and internal resource constraints in real time.
- Efficient at Microsoft office (word, project, excel, PowerPoint, outlook).
- Experience with ERP software, Oracle preferred.

Frequently required to walk, sit, climb, bend, reach and squat/kneel. Product Managers work primarily indoors in the office. If required to go to a worksite, the work environment includes exposure to hazardous materials and operating conditions. Given these conditions employees are required to wear company mandated personal protective equipment and must strictly adhere to safety policy.
Work hours may include early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on business necessity.
