Product Manager

MAJOR FUNCTION: 

• Manage new product development projects through the New Product Development (NPD) process
• Review marketplace to establish customer requirements for new products
• Establish functional product requirements for Design Engineers
• Create marketing plans based on competitive landscape
• Analyze product segment performance to create and manage new projects for improving existing product lines
• Work with Marketing & Sales teams to successfully launch new products
• Work in cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Production, Quality Control, Engineering, Procurement, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Experience working in a manufacturing operation
• Experience working in a compliance driven environment
• Experience with product development
• Experience with product marketing
• Product Manager that has experience developing products in a process driven

environment and the ability to use a data driven approach to bring products to market with the right pricing and feature sets.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

Education: 

• Bachelor of Science degree required, in Engineering or Business discipline is required
• Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering or similar is preferred

• Advanced Computer/technology skills
