Job Description:
As a Product Manager at Navigating Care, you will be empowered to solve problems and drive solutions for our patients & clinics. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team and key stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions that enhance patient engagement and outcomes in cancer care.
You will be accountable for ensuring that the solutions developed are valuable (customers choose to use them) and viable (solutions work within the business constraints). Your role involves a deep understanding of our users (cancer patients and clinic care teams) and the data on how they engage with our products. You will also track industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform your product decisions. Your insights and initiatives will be crucial to the company's ongoing success.
Preferred location: Seattle area; open to remote candidates within the U.S.
Responsibilities
Work alongside product managers, clinical leads, designers, and engineering leads to assess, prioritize, and execute feature development for ProMPT and future offerings.
Integrate patient diagnostic, genomic, and NGS testing data to deliver accurate, actionable therapy insights within the oncologist’s point-of-care workflow, applying expertise in cancer biology, treatment modalities, and precision medicine.
Identify and evaluate business opportunities for ProMPT and emerging product areas, translating market insights into actionable product and growth strategies and executing go-to-market plans with cross-functional partners.
Develop a deep understanding of target audiences, customer needs, and clinical workflows to define requirements, validate solutions, and support rollout of new capabilities.
Define, monitor, and analyze product metrics to assess success and recommend improvements.
Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.
Qualifications
4+ years of software product management experience in an agile environment, with a strong track record of delivering user-centric solutions.
2+ years of experience in healthcare preferred, with experience working with healthcare data and a strong preference for oncology and pharmaceutical domains (e.g., pathology, drug utilization, clinical trials).
Familiarity with healthcare operations, data integration, analytics, and standards such as HL7 or FHIR is a plus.
Proven ability to leverage product analytics and direct user engagement to inform decision-making, prioritize features, define requirements, and build product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust, develop buy-in, and clearly articulate product vision and rationale across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Base pay range: $115, 000/yr - $135,000/yr + 10% Corporate Bonus
