About this role

We are seeking a Product Manager, Data & Analytics to lead the development and delivery of data products that empower business decision-making across the organization. This role combines product ownership (strategy, roadmap, stakeholder engagement) with people leadership, overseeing a small team of analysts and/or engineers.

The Product Manager will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT, and the Data & Analytics leadership team to define requirements, prioritize demand, and deliver scalable, high-value data solutions that advance the company’s analytics maturity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for data and analytics solutions, aligning with business strategy and organizational priorities.
  • Lead and manage a team of data professionals (analysts, engineers, or analytics translators), providing coaching, feedback, and professional development.
  • Translate business needs into clear data product requirements, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value.
  • Prioritize and manage demand intake using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage backlogs, sprints, and delivery cycles.
  • Champion data governance and literacy by working with stakeholders to establish shared definitions, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams (platform engineering, data engineering) to ensure data products are reliable, scalable, and secure.
  • Communicate product status and outcomes clearly to both technical and business audiences, driving adoption and accountability.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, or data analytics
  • 2+ years of experience managing people or leading cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics concepts (data modeling, BI, governance, self-service).
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as Jira or Azure   DevOps.   
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and balance competing priorities
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in helping organizations progress in data governance, literacy, and adoption.
  • Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, Power BI, dbt, etc.).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to link data initiatives to business value.
  • Proven ability to establish processes and standards in ambiguous environments.

Compensation and Benefits 

The base salary range for this role is $162,265- $190,900. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
