The Product Manager, Consumer Marketing will be an integral member of the TREMFYA® Gastroenterology (GI) Marketing team. This position is responsible for leading and implementing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Patient initiatives within the inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) market.
This role reports to the Group Product Director, Consumer Marketing (DTC) & Customer Experience (Cx).
Lead external creative agencies and media partners in planning, executing, and optimizing DTC marketing programs across media channels, with a focus on Spanish-language activations—such as website, CRM, social media, video, display, search, patient engagement, custom content, POC, testimonials, and OOH.
Collaborate with advocacy and communications teams to identify and implement relevant patient advocacy partnerships and initiatives.
Work with team members to coordinate market research, gather patient insights, and support the ongoing development of the GI patient brand offering.
Partner efficiently with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams—including Regulatory, Medical, and Legal—to ensure timely and compliant review and approval of promotional materials.
Develop in-office educational materials designed to support patients as they begin treatment.
Work closely with internal partners to help shape and execute communication, PR, and advocacy strategies.
Provide timely and relevant updates to the field sales team regarding DTC tactics and patient education resources.
Contribute to the budget, annual business, and strategic plans.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years business experience is required; immunology experience is preferred.
Experience in marketing, advertising, sales, sales learning & development, payer, or related fields is preferred.
The ability to be creative, enthusiastic, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental.
A willingness to embrace AI and leverage it as an enabler is critical.
The role requires being a self-starter, highly accountable, and having strong project planning and organizational skills.
Excellent leadership and social skills, with a strong ability to collaborate and work within a team, are essential for success.
Experience managing multiple demands and priorities, ensuring timely alignment and decision-making, is crucial to this position’s success.
This position is based in Horsham, PA, with an expectation of 3 days onsite per week (J&J Flex).
Up to 25% domestic travel, including overnight and weekend travel, may be required.
A deep understanding of the English language is necessary to effectively communicate our value proposition.
