Job Summary Overview
The Product Manager is responsible for developing, launching, and optimizing financial products and services (and enhancements to existing products and services) that meet the needs of our members, aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. This role blends member insights, business analysis, market research, cross-functional collaboration, and some system administration to create and manage competitive financial solutions. The specific focus for this role will pertain to Consumer Deposit products.

Position Required Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field or 3–5 years of experience in Consumer Banking, Relationship Management, Community Banking, or Innovation areas within a financial institution. Strong understanding of retail banking products and customer behavior. Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Experience with agile methodologies, product road mapping, and backlog grooming. Ability to lead cross-functional teams with influence and collaboration.

Licenses, Training, and Certifications Required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with member deposits and offering deposit product recommendations at a financial institution (credit union).
Experience and knowledge in the front and back-end of the following systems: Symitar, Silverlake, Candescent Online and Mobile Banking, Mantl, Alloy, Sageworks RingCentral, Visa.
