Job Summary Overview
The Product Manager is responsible for developing, launching, and optimizing financial products and services (and enhancements to existing products and services) that meet the needs of our members, aligning with the strategic goals of the Commercial and Residential Lending Departments and overall organization. This role blends member insights, business analysis, market research, cross-functional collaboration, and some system administration to create and manage competitive financial solutions. The specific focus for this role will pertain to the Commercial and Residential Lending suite of products, systems, and all the various partner integrations for Commercial and Business Lending.

Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field or 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Business Lending within a financial institution. Strong understanding of commercial retail banking products and customer behavior. Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Experience with agile methodologies, product road mapping, and backlog grooming. Ability to lead cross-functional teams with influence and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working at a financial institution (credit union) within the Commercial or Residential Lending areas. Experience and knowledge in the front and back-end of the Sageworks system, Encompass, Finastra LaserPro, and other Commercial/Residential lending integrations, Symitar, Silverlake, Visa, Alloy, Business Credit Reporting (Xactus360, BCR, and FICO SBSS) , Residential Credit Reporting.
