About the role
Revalia is pioneering Human Data Trials — a new paradigm for accelerating translational medicine by linking donated human organs to cutting-edge research. Our platform provides biotech, pharma, and medtech innovators with unparalleled access to human biology at scale, reducing reliance on animal models and speeding the path to patients.
We're seeking an experienced Group Product Manager - Growth with deep expertise in growing our research software based business in biotech and pharmaceutical. This is a crucial role that builds 0-1 products and refine our customer features, funnel strategies, and pricing models for our new lines of software products. Successful candidate will leverage deep understanding of data-driven customer feedback, user behavior, and market trends to implement effective growth tactics and retention mechanisms.
Location
This position is fully remote with the expectation to travel quarterly to our office in New Haven, CT. We do not provide work visa sponsorship. This position is only open to candidates who are legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Skill Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with 2-3 years in a Growth role, in a health-tech, biotech, Pharma, business.
- Startup-ready mindset: resourceful, experimental, and energized by ambiguity.
- Deep knowledge of growth experimentation tactics, with a strong understanding of the customer journey, and a proven track record of new market penetration as well as driving subscriber growth and retention.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, A/B testing, experimentation, and funnel optimization and define metrics and evaluate performance
- Experience developing pricing and packaging strategies that drive revenue growth and deliver strong biotech/pharmaceutical price-to-value for users.
- Experience working with research, science, analytics, health-tech softwares.
- Technical enough to manage engineers and scope growth-related features.
- Knowledge of product management frameworks and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with user experience best practices, with a keen eye for intuitive design and user journeys. Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
Bonus Skills
- Quantitative, technical, or scientific academic background preferred (science, economics, engineering, applied math, CS, etc.).
- Experimentation depth: hypothesis → design → instrumentation → analysis; comfortable with statistics and tradeoffs.
- Strong product sense + UX for conversational and mobile flows; can review copy, prompts, and edge cases
- AI product experience: shipped features using LLMs/agents/automations that replaced or augmented manual workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product strategy and vision to penetrate the biotech and pharmaceutical market and increase subscription growth and improve retention rates, leveraging insights into customer behavior and market trends.
- Lead a team of engineers and an analyst to ship growth features quickly and thoughtfully + Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Science teams.
- Continuously optimize the pricing model through different products and test our hypothesis through various interviews through GLG and others.
- Research customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities to improve the user experience and increase conversion.
- Leverage data and analytics to guide decisions, identify growth opportunities, and establish clear success metrics.
- Drive product strategy in ambiguous settings, employing product management frameworks to clarify objectives, mediate diverse viewpoints, and propel product growth and user engagement.
- Understand customer needs and behaviors by conducting research, data analysis, and usability testing to inform strategies to reduce friction along the key steps of customer journey.
- This role focuses on deep customer understanding, market analysis, and hands-on product definition. You will work closely with scientists, engineers, and customers to identify unmet needs in drug development and design intuitive user experiences for how complex biological data should be delivered and consumed through software.
- Collaborate with Engineering to shape analytics infrastructure, event tracking, and attribution.
- Identify and size new growth opportunities, balancing speed with rigor.
- Translate experiment results into actionable insights for product and company strategy.
- The ideal candidate combines strong product instincts, fluency in drug development science, and the ability to engage credibly with pharma and biotech customers to validate new product ideas.
