This role will be central to shaping the future of our platform and driving innovation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record in SaaS product management. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to launch — ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead the feature-to-release process, from defining problems and evaluating feasibility to wireframing, prototyping, development, testing, and launch.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather customer feedback to inform product strategy.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and client success teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Create business cases to assess opportunity, risk, and alignment with the product vision.
  • Drive the company’s AI product leadership strategy in our industry.
  • Oversee product documentation, training resources, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and leverage data to guide improvements.

Qualifications (required and preferred):

  • 3+ years of SaaS product management experience.
  • Proven ability to launch successful products.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in UI wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
