What You'll Do

As Director of Product Management, you will define and lead the evolution of Athos Commerce’s e-commerce platform into the next generation of AI-driven, intelligent commerce. You’ll own the roadmap for Product Discovery, Merchandising, and Personalization, while pioneering Agentic Commerce solutions that leverage autonomous AI agents to optimize the customer journey. You’ll partner closely with engineering and business leaders to turn vision into scalable impact.

How You Will Succeed

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap across discovery, merchandising, and personalization.
• Lead the transformation toward Agentic Commerce, leveraging AI agents to optimize customer experience.
• Drive innovation in search, including semantic, visual, and voice-based capabilities.
• Oversee the development of real-time personalization and advanced recommendation engines.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data science to deliver scalable solutions.
• Align product strategy with business growth objectives and market opportunities.
• Introduce intelligent merchandising, pricing, and promotion recommendation tools.
• Champion predictive analytics and demand forecasting in the platform.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing product management team.
• Deliver measurable impact on conversion, engagement, and customer lifetime value.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in Product Management, with 7+ in e-commerce or retail tech.
• 3+ years in leadership, managing product teams of 5+ people.
• Proven success building and scaling AI/ML-powered products.
• Deep expertise in search, recommendations, and personalization.
• Strong technical foundation in SaaS, APIs, and modern commerce architectures.
• Experience with enterprise e-commerce platforms.
• Bonus: familiarity with LLMs, conversational commerce, reinforcement learning, or agent-based AI systems.
• Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or related field) preferred.
