Job Overview
We are seeking a data-driven, growth-oriented Product Manager to lead user acquisition, activation, and retention in overseas markets. This role requires not only strong product management skills but also a growth hacking mindset, solid A/B testing expertise, and hands-on operational experience. You will be responsible for quickly translating growth strategies into actionable experiments and iterations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute user growth strategies (acquisition, activation, monetization, retention, virality) for overseas markets; build quarterly/annual growth roadmaps and quantify key metrics (KPI/OKR).
     
  • Experimentation & Iteration: Design and lead A/B and multivariate tests, define hypotheses, metrics, and sample sizes, analyze results, and drive rapid implementation of validated improvements.
     
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Build and maintain growth dashboards; perform deep-dive analyses on funnels, retention, activation, and engagement to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
     
  • Overseas User Operations: Understand user behaviors and cultural nuances in target countries/regions; design localized acquisition and activation strategies across channels (search, social media, content, paid ads, partnerships), and collaborate with operations teams to execute.
     
  • Product Implementation: Work closely with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and customer success to break down growth initiatives into deliverable features and workflows, ensuring timely execution and business goal alignment.
     
  • Traffic & Channel Optimization: Analyze and optimize SEO/ASO, landing page conversion, paid acquisition, and partnership channels; propose and implement improvement plans.
     
  • Competitive & Market Insights: Monitor competitors and industry growth tactics, extract effective strategies, and quickly test and adapt them.
     
  • Process & Reporting: Write PRDs, experiment plans, and post-mortem reports; regularly report growth progress and risks to management.
Requirements

 

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above; 3+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B product/growth/data roles for overseas markets; experience in CRM or marketing automation is a plus.
     
  • Growth & Data Skills: Proficient in SQL, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools; capable of conducting funnel, retention, and cohort analyses to generate actionable insights.
     
  • Experimentation & Statistics: Solid understanding of A/B testing principles, sample size estimation, significance testing, and experiment design; proven track record of running A/B tests with measurable impact.
     
  • Overseas Market & Channels: Familiar with overseas channels such as Google Search, social media, and content marketing; hands-on experience in SEO/SEM/ASO or paid user acquisition preferred.
     
  • Execution & Product Delivery: Ability to not only design growth strategies but also drive execution; capable of designing workflows, building funnels, and ensuring implementation and optimization.
     
  • Mindset & Communication: Flexible, pragmatic growth mindset with strong execution; excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
     
  • English Proficiency: Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills (capable of independent communication with overseas teams/customers); overseas study or work experience is preferred.
     

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with B2B SaaS expansion, CRM, or marketing automation products.
     
  • Knowledge of Python/R or experience using tools for automated data analysis/reporting.
     
  • Proven success in building user segmentation, recommendation, or engagement strategies.
     
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other overseas compliance and data privacy regulations.
