The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the full product development lifecycle, including product definition, go-to-market planning, operational execution, and lifecycle management. This role combines strong technical expertise with project management skills to define and deliver high-quality product functionalities, coordinate implementation across regional teams, and ensure the successful launch of international offerings.

 

This Product Manager applies deep technical knowledge to analyze market trends, assess the competitive landscape, and guide product direction and value proposition. This role works closely with Engineering, Presales, Commercial, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between technical capabilities, product messaging, and business objectives. Additional responsibilities include supporting the development of technical documentation and collateral such as white papers and presentations, while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of organizational priorities, industry developments, and customer requirements.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop product documentation, including technical requirements, product descriptions, commercial presentations, and use cases, tailored to both internal and external customers, to create comprehensive product collateral.
  • Create and update homologation requirements to test new services with different platforms, providers, and vendors based on client requests.
  • End-to-End Product Development Management
  • This Technical Product Manager serves as a knowledgeable Subject
    Matter Expert (SME) internal and customer interactions
  • Guided new product development, including gap and competitive analysis, end-user research, and pricing analysis benchmarking
  • Collaborate with coordinating departments, including Presales, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance, to develop and execute a comprehensive project plan and strategy that spans product development through to launch.
  • Project Tracking, supervise team members’ documentation and task completion to ensure accurate status, provide accurate Project Scopes and Meeting Minutes to all stakeholders, and provide feedback to internal organizations.
  • Ensure that various stages of product development are completed on time by leading, organizing, and requesting constant updates from cross-functional teams.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on data, making adjustments to development plans as needed to facilitate a successful new product rollout.
  • Represent the voice of the end consumer throughout the development process.
  • Ensure that high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are adhered to throughout each phase of product development.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Master's Degree, MBA Preferred


Work Experience

  • 4-6 years of Product Management experience required
  • 4-6 years Strong technical knowledge for Unified Communications, SIP Trunking, MS Teams, and Voice integration technologies Required
  • 4-6 years of Sound experience with connectivity and cloud technologies, such as SDWAN, Ethernet, MPLS, Internet and Cloud Connect Required


Skills Required

  • Outcome-driven with the ability to define concrete metrics to measure the success of product initiatives.

  • Program management experience

Language Skills

  • Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus

Licenses and Certifications

  • CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Technician, preferred
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI, preferred

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated above. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
