Position Overview:

Are you ready to create meaningful services that improve lifespan and healthspan? JumpstartMD, California’s leading medically supervised weight loss and hormone optimization company, is launching two new innovative service lines—Menopause Care and Longevity Medicine—and we’re looking for a driven, strategic, and collaborative Product Manager to lead the charge.

You’ll be at the heart of a fast-growing health company, partnering cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, tech, operations, and leadership teams to bring these transformational services to life and grow them! Reporting directly to the CEO, your work will shape the future of women’s health and long-term wellness.

✍️ DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the end-to-end product development and launch of our Menopause Care and Longevity service lines. 
  • Work cross-functionally to build clinical protocols, marketing strategies, member experiences, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to shape the digital member journey and app integration. 
  • Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize and grow service offerings post-launch. 
  • Serve as the internal product evangelist, ensuring alignment and excitement across teams.
  • Partner with leadership on strategic growth planning and future service line expansion.


🥼 QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of product or program management experience in healthcare, women's health, longevity, or related fields 
  • Experience launching or managing clinical or wellness service lines 
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and project leadership skills 
  • A bias for action, systems thinking, and customer obsession 
  • Passion for improving lives through innovative care models
