The Role

We are seeking a talented product manager to be a driving force behind our mission to modernize the private credit market. In this role, you won't just manage a product; you'll own and shape the core features of our platform. You will be a catalyst for innovation, responsible for defining the product vision, building a roadmap, and leading the end-to-end execution to deliver transformative features that bring transparency and efficiency to this historically opaque market.

Responsibilities

  • Product strategy and vision: Develop and articulate a clear product strategy and vision for your areas of the platform
  • Roadmap: Build and maintain a roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Prioritization: Define, prioritize, and manage the backlog, ensuring a focus on the most impactful features
  • Product execution: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to stories, specifications and wireframes through the development cycle to launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, other product managers, design, engineering, and QA to deliver
  • Communication: Clearly communicate updates, timelines, and results to internal and external stakeholders; manage issues and escalation
  • User and market feedback: Analyze market trends, leverage product analytics and direct user feedback to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities
  • Teamwork: Contribute to a team of passionate product managers and ensure a cohesive experience across the platform

Requirements

  • A passion for developing and delivering market-leading products that solve complex problems in financial services
  • 5-10 years of experience as a fintech pm with a strong understanding of financial markets, particularly private credit, debt capital markets, or alternative investments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product lifecycle
  • Experience working with engineering teams and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization and project management skills with relentless focus on the details
  • Self-motivated team player able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or business related field preferred

The pay range for this role is $125,000 - 175,000 per year dependent on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
