Description

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Cloud Security Product Manager to help shape the next generation of cloud-native security. In this role, you will contribute to the strategy and delivery of technologies central to secure cloud computing—Zero Trust packet routing, cryptography and key management, and high-assurance systems. You’ll collaborate closely with senior PMs, engineers, and researchers to build services that protect mission-critical workloads at hyperscale. This role is well-suited for someone with strong technical foundations who is ready to grow their product management skills in one a hyperscale cloud.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in product management or equivalent technical roles.
  • Background in at least one of the following domains:
    • Cryptography & Key/Secrets Management – familiarity with encryption, key rotation, or secrets lifecycle.
    • Network Security – experience with isolation, segmentation, packet routing, or Zero Trust principles.
    • Formal Methods & Programming Languages – exposure to verification techniques or building tools for security-critical systems.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineering teams and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated interest in working with enterprise customers and learning to balance usability, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP security services.
  • Hands-on experience with applied cryptography, secure protocol design, or distributed systems.
  • Exposure to network policy enforcement, traffic isolation, or Zero Trust patterns.
  • Interest in formal verification tools, compilers, or programming language design.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes (OKE) and cloud-native security patterns.

  • Strategic Leadership: Define the long-term vision for OCI’s cloud security platform.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Lead the product lifecycle—from discovery and prioritization to delivery and iteration—ensuring alignment with customer and regulatory demands.
  • Customer Advocacy: Engage with enterprise customers, security architects, partners, and regulators to shape feature priorities and make Oracle the most secure cloud.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, go-to-market, and legal teams to ship secure-by-design tooling and launch compelling security capabilities.
  • Competitive Insight: Monitor competitive offerings (AWS, Azure, GCP), emerging threat models, and compliance frameworks to guide OCI’s security differentiation.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
