Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead product strategy, development, and lifecycle management for our Home Health & Hospice portfolio. This role will oversee a team of Product Managers and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to deliver innovative solutions that empower care providers, streamline workflows, and improve patient outcomes in post-acute care.
The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of healthcare technology and post-acute care with proven leadership. They will drive product vision, establish market differentiation, and ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of agencies, clinicians, patients, and families.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Leadership
Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy for Home Health & Hospice solutions.
Lead a team of Product Managers, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development.
Partner with senior leadership to align product initiatives with company goals and customer needs.
Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory, reimbursement, and industry trends in home health, hospice and palliative care.
Execution & Delivery
Oversee product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features and enhancements.
Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and strategic alignment.
Collaborate with engineering, UX, and clinical subject matter experts to design user-friendly, compliant, and scalable solutions.
Ensure seamless integration across the Home Health & Hospice ecosystem and adjacent care settings.
Customer & Market Engagement
Serve as the voice of the customer, conducting regular discovery with providers, patients, and caregivers.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption and market growth.
Represent the product externally at industry events, conferences, and with regulatory bodies.
Translate customer feedback and market research into actionable insights for product development.
Business Impact & Measurement
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Partner with Finance and Operations to model ROI and business outcomes for product initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing product performance, user adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field) or comparable industry experience . MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
At least 3+ years leading teams
Experience in Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care, Post-Acute Care, or Healthcare IT strongly preferred.
Experience with business operations of Home Health, Hospice, and Palliative Care organizations
Experience with the Home Health & Hospice electronic health records strongly preferred
Demonstrated success managing complex product portfolios and scaling solutions.
Skills:
