Define, design, and refine products and services to address USA customer needs. Be a strong clinical voice in all product discussions, ensuring the needs and trends from the sonographer market are evaluated as part of decision-making. Develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative idea.
Gather clinical feedback and user needs from USA customers and stay at the forefront of the latest technical developments in this field. Communicate clinical feedback to cross-functional teams (product management, R&D, etc), filter and summarize this feedback for use in the product roadmap and NPI definition with regular visits at make center.
Provide clinical input for the generation of marketing stories for New Product Introductions (NPIs).
Organize and participate in external evaluations of NPIs with USA-based key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Identify and support the development of USA-based KOLs.
Organize, create and deliver training materials for NPIs.
Evangelize the product by presenting to customers and user groups, representing the product at trade shows (globally), selling the product roadmap internally, providing sales training, and generating enthusiasm for the product.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 3 years of experience in Sonography. Obstetrics/Gynecology.)
Strong understanding of women's health and ultrasound technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a clinical environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
Strong self-organization and time management skills.
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
A self-motivator with a can-do approach.
Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers.
Willingness to travel domestic/internationally, 70/30%.
Desired Qualifications
RDMS in OB/GYN preferred (Commercial background a plus).
Previous experience in applications, clinical development, or customer relationship management is a plus.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $115,200.00-$172,800.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
