Job Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategic vision, development, and lifecycle management of products from conception to market launch and beyond. This role serves as the bridge between cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure products meet market needs and business objectives. The Product Manager conducts market research, defines product requirements, prioritizes features, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive user engagement and revenue growth. This position requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to make data-driven decisions while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user experience, market dynamics, and technical feasibility to successfully bring products to market that create value for both customers and the organization.

The pay range for this position is $110,000 - 128,000. Actual pay will be determined by factors including candidate experience and qualifications, education and work location. At Home Franchise Concepts, we offer a highly competitive benefits package designed to support you and your family. Our offerings include medical, dental, and vision insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and supplemental life insurance.
