Position Summary:

The Associate Product Manager plays a key role in supporting the commercial success of the injury prevention portfolio by driving product expertise, sales enablement and execution of critical marketing and operational initiatives. This role is responsible for managing and improving customer-facing materials, maintaining product data accuracy, and supporting cross-functional efforts.

This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with customers and sales teams, and is motivated to build deep product knowledge while contributing to business growth.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Associate Product Manager

· Create product marketing materials for injury prevention portfolio, ensuring consistency and accessibility

· Provide field support for Commercial Team for in-services and other customer-facing activities

· Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and address product questions

· Develop subject matter expertise in assigned product family and identify opportunities for product improvements

· Own cross-references for injury prevention portfolio; complete full datasets in partnership with Marketing Operations

· Support content development for digital marketing and communication initiatives

· Manage planning and execution of national tradeshows and regional KOL events

· Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, quality, supply chain and other teams on major projects



Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree is required; Business, Marketing, Communications Major is preferred

· Experience with Microsoft Office is required; Canva and PowerBI are preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and collaborative mindset

· Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage several projects at the same time

· 1-3 years’ experience in applicable area preferred

· Ability to travel 10%-30% of the time

 

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

· Sedentary work for this role primarily involves sitting most of the time but may include brief periods of movement, including walking or standing

· The work environment reflects a typical office setting, with ambient room temperatures, standard lighting, and traditional office equipment
