Digital assets play a critical role in PowerStop’s ability to successfully market and sell products across various online channels. The Assistant Product Manager – Digital Assets will be responsible for managing all aspects of digital asset operations, including coordinating the end-to-end process of product imagery—from acquisition to delivery—ensuring timely and accurate distribution to customers and partners. Please note that this is a hybrid position that requires at least two days on-site.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize digital content and ensure proper metadata on all digital assets.
  • Oversee and implement the integration of DA into various programs (DAM, PIM, etc.)
  • Utilize ACA Best Practices and communicate any updates and/or standard changes to the team, stay current and informed.
  • Conduct digital asset audits (update/add/remove as needed) and provide weekly, structured reports on the percentage completion of assets.
  • Collaborate with various departments (Warehouse, Marketing, Product Management)
  • Asset distribution to various customers/receivers and ensure that the distribution was successful.
  • Facilitate the acquisition of needed products with/from the warehouse.
  • Assist with taking photographs as needed.
  • Leverage a variety of software platforms—including ERP, DAM, PIM systems, and      Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)—to efficiently execute tasks and support business operations
Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or 5 years of related work experience, required
  • Highly organized with a solid understanding of the importance of data integrity and time management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to analyze information, conduct research, and make informed decisions
  • Proven ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, preferred
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and a willingness to learn, a plus
  • Experience with professional product photography in a studio setting
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, representing the potential compensation at the time of posting. Placement within this range will depend on various factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.
