Team Red Dog is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to support our client, a Fortune 100 technology leader, driving enterprise AI transformation initiatives that modernize complex business processes and deliver high-impact digital solutions across large, matrixed organizations.

 

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. Enterprise product management experience (10+ years) leading complex technology solutions and aligning business stakeholders, engineering teams, and executive leadership in large-scale environments.
  2. Hands-on AI product development (3+ years) including writing features and defining technical requirements for AI-powered products or agentic AI solutions.
  3. Enterprise-scale collaboration and stakeholder alignment (5+ years) working across large, matrixed organizations to drive product delivery and adoption.
  4. Business process transformation using AI, particularly identifying opportunities where AI and automation can improve operational workflows.

 

Opportunity Overview:
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI innovation and enterprise business transformation. You will help modernize complex contracting workflows by applying agentic AI and intelligent automation to improve internal systems used by major business groups. Working closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and leadership teams, you will shape technical solutions that streamline processes, improve user experiences, and deliver measurable business impact.

This position blends responsibilities across product management and technical program management, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in the AI solution space.

How you will make an impact:
• Analyze contracting and operational business processes to identify opportunities where AI solutions can drive meaningful transformation.
• Define product scope and align technical requirements with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Write detailed technical features for AI-enabled products and capabilities.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery of AI-powered solutions.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing processes and develop rollout strategies for new capabilities.
• Ensure appropriate product development and project management practices are followed.
• Communicate project updates, technical direction, and outcomes to executives, stakeholders, and steering committees.
• Collaborate across teams to manage dependencies and ensure successful execution of enterprise initiatives.

The expertise you bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of product management and/or technical program management experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing AI solutions or AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Experience delivering technology solutions in large-scale, multi-platform enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to work effectively in large matrixed organizations and manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex business processes.
• Ability to evaluate risk and apply sound management principles to technology initiatives and business functions.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
