What you will do:

Design, build, and maintain AI agents, flows, and automations that solve real business needs.

Develop and enhance AI solutions using platforms such as the Azure SDK, LiteLLM, and other developer tools.

Integrate AI tools and business systems, including SharePoint, Excel, databases, APIs, and other platforms.

Collaborate with teams across the firm to understand requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Ensure AI and automations are accurate, secure, reliable, and scalable.

Document processes, workflows, and solutions so they can be reused, supported, and continuously improved.

Support the adoption of new AI and automation tools across design, delivery, and corporate teams.

Stay current with emerging AI and automation technologies and recommend opportunities and best practices.

Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing automations as the firm's AI capabilities continue to grow.
What you must have:
-
Approximately 2β6 years of experience in AI automation, workflow design, process automation, or a related technical field.
-
Hands-on experience with the Azure ecosystem, LiteLLM, ChatGPT Codex, Claude Code, C#, Python, MSSQL, DataLakes, MCPs, or similar technologies.

Familiarity with AEC software and tools such as CAD, BIM, and related design technologies.

Strong understanding of data: structure, transfer, integration, and maintenance.

Experience working with APIs and integrations.

Strong understanding and usage of Git and GitHub repositories and procedures.
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.

Ability to document processes and help others understand and use new solutions.

Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to keep learning as AI technology evolves.
A great plus:
-
Familiarity with MCPs (Model Context Protocol) and connecting AI models with external tools.

Experience with CAD, Revit, GIS, Visual Scripting (Dynamo or Grasshopper), or other AEC applications.

Experience structuring, transferring, integrating, and maintaining data at both small and large scales.

Experience with Speckle or similar model information transfer platforms.

Experience connecting AI and automation platforms to business systems.
-
Direct experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
