THE OPPORTUNITY

Responsible for assisting the HOA group in achievement of goals and overall business success. Provide leadership, direction and motivation to ensure stakeholder teams can deliver best client experiences to the business. Serve as an expert on HOA customer journey, personas, client engagement, and industry trends, specifically for digital experience. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Follow all established policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain client journey maps across all HOA groups.
  • Be an expert on client experience workflows from UI to vendors to systems.
  • Assist in strategy and roadmap for the HOA segment.
  • Liaise between client facing teams to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Track HOA banking solution performance through client feedback, adoption metrics and meeting key milestones as determined by the team.
  • Lead internal training development, support, and communication flow, serving as a liaison and coordination for cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness.
  • Collaborate with new product/innovation team in evaluating and developing new features, by using customer journey mapping, requirements framework, design thinking and agile development methodology.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market problems of various industry segments and user personas and effectively position and communicate how and why product features and functionality address and overcome those market problems for our clients.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business objectives and needs versus technical and operational constraints and adjudicate between internal stakeholder groups to resolve blocking issues.
  • Develop, manage and execute the Go-To-Market launch plan alongside Go-To-Market lead. Create and maintain marketing materials such as demos, talking points, presentations, user guides and how to videos. 
  • Conduct role-specific training for existing and new employees to support the business strategy.
  • Follow all established policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum six years of recent commercial bank and HOA banking experience required
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Bank products and ability to manage Product roadmap
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Analytical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, FIS
  • Understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly, non-technical terms
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in an agile and multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with all members of the organization.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

SALARY RANGE

The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
