Technical Product Manager - United States

As a Technical Product Manager, you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of innovative software solutions, from ideation to deployment, ensuring products deliver measurable value to clients and users. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and customer focus to guide product development and foster a culture of innovation. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams, balancing business goals with technical feasibility while maintaining a user-centric approach. Accountabilities:

• Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for new software solutions.
• Develop product strategies, competitive pricing models, and go-to-market plans that align with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams in defining requirements, creating roadmaps, and delivering high-quality software products.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, managing Agile sprints, release timelines, and technical specifications.
• Ensure user-centric design by understanding workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes, translating them into functional requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of communication for stakeholders, presenting product visions, roadmaps, and updates.
• Mentor and motivate team members, fostering collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced technical certifications preferred.
• 8+ years of product management experience in software development, with a track record of delivering SaaS, web, or mobile products.
• Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and modern frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver results under tight deadlines, and solve complex problems creatively.
