As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping impactful products across a complex and evolving system landscape. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders, giving you strong visibility and influence over both technical direction and product strategy. 

This role offers the opportunity to turn ideas into real, scalable solutions—owning the journey from concept to delivery—while working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment that values quality, clarity, and continuous improvement. 

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear, prioritized, and well-scoped work items. 
  • Partner with engineering and architecture to design solutions aligned with system capabilities and best practices. 
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories. 
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of features, from discovery through release and validation. 
  • Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies and ensure alignment. 
  • Support release planning, including scope definition, impact analysis, and rollout strategy. 
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization. 
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of experience in product management or a related role in a technical environment. 
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and system architecture concepts. 
  • Experience working with APIs, distributed systems, or complex backend platforms.
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured, actionable work. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments. 

Nice to Have: 

  • Background in software engineering or a highly technical domain 
  • Experience in telecom, e-commerce, or large-scale enterprise systems 
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and API testing platforms 
  • Experience working in cross-functional, multi-team environments.

The base salary range for this role is between 125k and 145k USD.
