This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Product Manager in the United States.

This role is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to define and drive the end-to-end onboarding, activation, and growth experiences for a rapidly scaling SaaS platform. You will own key initiatives that directly influence customer engagement and retention, leveraging AI and product-led growth principles to accelerate time-to-value. The position requires balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution, using data and customer insights to remove friction, optimize funnels, and deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, AI, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and maximize product impact. Mentorship, clear communication, and structured decision-making are central to your success. This role allows you to shape the product experience while contributing directly to business growth and customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities:

·        Lead and deliver initiatives within the activation and expansion roadmap, ensuring alignment with product strategy.

·        Define and optimize onboarding and growth experiences for customers, applying AI and product-led growth (PLG) principles.

·        Identify friction points across activation and attach funnels and prioritize improvements based on data and customer feedback.

·        Collaborate with engineering, design, AI, and GTM teams to build, iterate, and deliver in-app experiences that drive value.

·        Design, run, and analyze experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate impact on key product metrics.

·        Define, track, and communicate success metrics, including activation rates, attach percentages, and time-to-value.

·        Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain shared goals, feedback loops, and measurable outcomes.



Requirements

·        5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or a related field.

·        Proven ownership of growth, onboarding, or activation funnels with measurable outcomes.

·        Strong track record of scoping, launching, and scaling high-impact products.

·        Experience in data-driven decision making, funnel analysis, and experimentation (SQL skills a plus).

·        Collaborative, proactive, and clear communicator capable of working across product, engineering, AI, design, and GTM teams.

·        Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias for action.

·        Experience launching or optimizing AI-powered features is preferred.
