We are seeking a highly experienced product leader to drive outcomes in healthcare through advanced analytics, AI integration, and user-centered solutions. In this role, you’ll lead a cross-functional team working at the intersection of machine learning, clinical workflows, and data-driven patient care. You’ll define product vision and strategy, empower physicians with accurate diagnosis and treatment tools, and make a tangible impact on patient health. Your contributions will directly influence company-wide success and shape the future of value-based care.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead a cross-disciplinary product pod focused on improving diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes, working alongside engineers, clinicians, designers, and data scientists.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals and advances clinical quality.
  • Own end-to-end product delivery—from discovery and hypothesis setting to experimentation, launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Identify gaps in data, improve predictive models, and surface actionable insights for primary care physicians to improve patient care.
  • Use outcome-driven strategies to enhance workflows and ensure better patient diagnosis and treatment at scale.
  • Serve as a key strategic partner across the organization, influencing other pods and senior stakeholders through domain expertise, metrics, and business acumen.
  • Guide your team with operational excellence, proactively removing blockers, prioritizing work that drives the most impact, and adapting strategies when needed.
  • Mentor and lead by example, sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration across the broader product and technology teams.


Requirements
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years in the healthcare tech space, including direct experience with PCP-facing tools.
  • Proven ability to own and deliver high-impact, outcome-oriented product initiatives within fast-paced, empowered product organizations.
  • Strong understanding of outpatient clinical documentation, diagnostic reasoning, and how they impact long-term patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience building ML-backed products and working cross-functionally with data science and engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL and ability to independently analyze data to inform decisions.
  • Strategic mindset with exceptional execution skills and the ability to influence through data, storytelling, and vision alignment.
  • Passionate about driving tangible results for patient care, with a deep commitment to improving healthcare systems.
