You’ll be responsible for defining and executing a clear product vision that accelerates user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll shape the roadmap, mentor product managers, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with long-term business goals. Accountabilities:
- Lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of growth-focused product initiatives designed to expand the user base and boost engagement.
- Own the product roadmap, aligning teams and priorities to ensure high-impact, scalable outcomes.
- Foster a culture of accountability and innovation by mentoring and guiding other product managers.
- Collaborate with design, data, engineering, and marketing teams to optimize experimentation and deliver measurable growth results.
- Define and track key product metrics to assess performance and inform future strategy.
- Use research, analytics, and competitive insights to identify and validate new opportunities that align with company growth objectives.
- Influence senior leadership through clear communication, data-backed proposals, and a strong understanding of market trends.
Requirements- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management within a consumer technology or digital platform environment.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful, large-scale product initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in growth metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to craft and communicate product strategy effectively to executive stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring product managers and cultivating team success.
- Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage ambiguity in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
