Accountabilities:

• Lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of growth-focused product initiatives designed to expand the user base and boost engagement.
• Own the product roadmap, aligning teams and priorities to ensure high-impact, scalable outcomes.
• Foster a culture of accountability and innovation by mentoring and guiding other product managers.
• Collaborate with design, data, engineering, and marketing teams to optimize experimentation and deliver measurable growth results.
• Define and track key product metrics to assess performance and inform future strategy.
• Use research, analytics, and competitive insights to identify and validate new opportunities that align with company growth objectives.
• Influence senior leadership through clear communication, data-backed proposals, and a strong understanding of market trends.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management within a consumer technology or digital platform environment.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful, large-scale product initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in growth metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to craft and communicate product strategy effectively to executive stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring product managers and cultivating team success.
• Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage ambiguity in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.

• Competitive base salary range of $214,000–$261,000, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
