Role Location: This is a fully remote role, however candidates need to be based in Colorado, Arizona or Washington state.
Hours of Work: This is a global position where you'll collaborate with leaders and colleagues across Eastern and Pacific time zones, as well as those in Sydney, Australia. While your primary working hours will align with your local timezone, you'll need to engage with other timezones as required. About the role:
We’re seeking a high-performing Staff Product Manager, reporting to the SVP, Product, to lead the evolution of Ignition’s Payments product, owning the infrastructure, capabilities, and customer experience that power how service businesses get paid.
Your focus will be ensuring we prioritise and deliver the right roadmap, build robust and delightful payment experiences, and drive adoption, engagement, and utilisation across our customer base.
You’ll operate as the product execution and systems leader for Payments: defining strategy through a product lens, translating customer, market, and operational insights into clear priorities, and working hands-on with Engineering and Design to deliver a world-class payments platform.

Ignition committed to paying our team members fairly, clearly, and above all, paying for growth and performance. This role has a minimum annual salary of $165,000 and maximum annual salary of $225,000. You’ll notice the range is intentionally broad - this reflects the journey we expect someone to take in the role: from early skill development, to becoming accomplished and highly proficient, all the way through to consistently delivering excellence.When hiring talented individuals to join the our team, we’ve found that new team members are best set up for success when hired toward the midpoint of the range, depending on their existing experience and alignment to the role. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact.
