Accountabilities

As a Staff Product Manager, you will:

  • Lead the Claims team in delivering a seamless financial incentive experience for patients and employers.
  • Own the claims roadmap, including patient-facing apps, adjudication systems, operational tools, and third-party integrations.
  • Manage product surface areas and operational tools across multiple operations teams (Integrations, Claims, Claims Concierge).

  • Deep analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making; background in data science, economics, or engineering preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for improving healthcare systems and a hands-on approach to solving problems.

  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Benefits

This role offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • Target salary range: $237,000 – $245,000, plus equity incentives.
  • Flexible PTO and generous paid time off policies.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Access to telehealth services (Teladoc Health).
  • Opportunity to contribute to a high-growth, mission-driven organization reshaping healthcare.
