We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for our AI-Native Secure SD-WAN portfolio, including the Mist-managed Session Smart Routing platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer experience, modern network transformation, and AI-driven automation.Â

Key Responsibilities:Â
Manage product lifecycle for SD-WAN, including planning, prioritization, and roadmap delivery aligned with Mist WAN AssuranceÂ
Collaborate with engineering to prioritize features, drive execution that deliver measurable business outcomes.Â
Market Understanding & Analysis: Understand customer requirements, competitive dynamics and demonstrate curiosity to leverage emerging technologies. Understand vertical specific use cases Â
Collaborate with Sales Teams and Marketing to develop and execute GTM strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growthÂ
Build competitive positioning and go-to-market enablement content for sales, partners, and technical marketing.Â
Measure success using product adoption metrics, NPS, support trends, and customer outcomes tied to operational simplicity and cost reduction.Â
Evangelize AI-native networking through thought leadership, customer briefings, analyst interactions, and industry events.Â

Qualifications:Â
8+ years of product management experience in SD-WAN, SASE, or enterprise networkingÂ
Strong understanding of cloud-managed networking and AI/ML-driven automationÂ
Experience working with SD-WAN platforms Â
Experience working with Federal/Government customers, understanding certification requirements for these segments is a plusÂ
Exceptional communication and leadership skills; ability to influence cross-functional teamsÂ
Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, or related field; MBA is a plusÂ
Minimum Salary: $194,400.00
Maximum Salary:$279,450.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $194,400.00 and $279,450.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
