Sr. Product Manager (Remote - US)

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead and optimize educator-focused workflows in a dynamic learning platform. This role centers on enhancing end-to-end experiences for educators, driving product adoption, usability, and overall satisfaction. You will define strategic product vision, identify opportunities for innovation, and collaborate across engineering, design, and customer-facing teams. Your contributions will directly influence product outcomes and institutional success, ensuring efficient teaching and learning experiences. This role also involves mentoring and developing other product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, experimentation, and continuous improvement. You will play a key part in shaping the roadmap and delivering impactful solutions that support educators and learners.

Accountabilities

• Develop and communicate a long-term product vision and roadmap aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Drive measurable success through product adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and learning outcomes.
• Identify, validate, and execute on premium opportunities within the platform’s content experience.
• Champion strong product discovery and delivery practices, balancing experimentation, insights, and execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, GTM, and customer teams to ensure alignment and successful launches.
• Mentor and support product managers, fostering innovation, growth, and excellence within the team.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech or SaaS.
• Proven track record of defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, and successfully launching complex products.
• Deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and customer insights for prioritization and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing diverse stakeholders across teams.
• Passion for creating user-centered experiences and driving measurable outcomes.

• Competitive salary range: $130,000 – $166,000/year.
