We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager to lead the strategic development of HR technology solutions, focusing on enhancing employee relations management. In this role, you will drive product vision, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative features that empower clients to manage workplace issues effectively. You will conduct market research, gather client feedback, and translate insights into actionable product requirements. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of SaaS, UX/UI principles, and Agile methodologies, who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment. Accountabilities
- Collaborate with product leadership to define and refine product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring features meet client needs and deliver measurable value.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client discovery sessions to identify product opportunities and prioritize enhancements.
- Define, document, and communicate product requirements to engineering and design teams for efficient execution.
- Establish key product metrics, monitor performance, and continuously identify areas for improvement.
- Promote user-centric design, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration within the organization.
Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of product management experience, preferably within SaaS and HR technology solutions.
- Proven track record of leading product initiatives from concept to successful market launch and adoption.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience leading client feedback sessions and aligning teams on product strategy.
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and iterative product delivery.
- Deep empathy for users and strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Experience managing remote teams and navigating distributed project workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-driven product solutions is a plus.
