We are seeking a strategic and innovative product leader to drive the development and growth of connected tools and accessories. This role focuses on shaping product strategy, analyzing market opportunities, and delivering products that meet the evolving needs of professional users. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure the end-to-end success of connected solutions. You will be responsible for guiding new product development, launching innovative offerings, and incorporating customer insights to enhance adoption. This role provides an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, while occasionally engaging directly with end-users on-site.

Accountabilities:

·         Develop and execute the connected tools product strategy, incorporating market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

·         Build and manage product roadmaps, guiding cross-functional teams through discovery, development, and commercialization.

·         Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define scope and end-user-focused requirements for connected tool programs.

·         Support product launches by preparing manuals, marketing collateral, sales training, and other enablement materials.

·         Conduct site visits and gather voice-of-customer insights to inform product design, improvements, and support.

·         Participate in leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning to provide insights on connected product performance.

·         Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.



Requirements

·         BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA or graduate degree preferred.

·         10+ years of product management experience, preferably with IoT or connected products.

·         Proven experience managing full product lifecycle, from discovery to commercialization.

·         Strong analytical, financial, and organizational skills; capable of facilitating complex financial analyses and strategic planning.

·         Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills; able to influence internal and external stakeholders.

·         Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 business and productivity applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.).

·         Comfortable on commercial construction sites and using power tools; confident engaging with tradespeople.

·         Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

·         Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagement and product launches.
