In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the evolution of our CPQ product portfolio, connecting customer insights with business priorities. You will own product outcomes and translate leadership vision into clear, measurable roadmaps. This impactful position invites you to frame problems independently, validate innovative solutions, and improve products collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Success will hinge on your ability to engage customers, prioritize effectively, and enhance product development using AI technologies.

Accountabilities

    • Translate company and portfolio strategy into clear product objectives and outcome-driven roadmaps.
    • Lead customer discovery through interviews, research, data analysis, and market assessment.
    • Define value hypotheses and success metrics to ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact.
    • Prioritize initiatives across features, platform investments, and AI-driven enhancements.
    • Own roadmap outcomes across the CPQ product suite.
    • Align priorities with Product Owners to ensure initiatives are translated into executable plans.
    • Resolve cross-functional trade-offs related to scope, sequencing, and go-to-market readiness.
    • Identify and validate opportunities where AI improves product workflows and user experience.
    • Partner with Engineering to ensure responsible and effective AI implementation.
    • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to articulate customer and business value.
    • Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and requirements definition.
    • Define and track KPIs related to adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
    • Act as the final decision-maker for prioritization and scope trade-offs within the product area.

Requirements

    • 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience in software environments.
    • Background in B2B SaaS products.
    • Proven experience owning a product area end-to-end.
    • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
    • Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and challenge assumptions.
    • Experience using AI-assisted tools or workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • Experience with enterprise or SaaS platforms is a plus.
    • Exposure to AI-driven features or intelligent automation preferred.
    • Experience working in agile product development environments is advantageous.
