J. Goldman & Associates (JGA) is seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in Blue Yonder WMS or Manhattan WMS to lead a major warehouse technology transformation for a top-tier retail client.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead product vision and roadmap for enterprise WMS solutions
Drive SaaS WMS implementation strategy and execution
Collaborate across engineering, business, and operations teams
Manage stakeholder expectations and deliverables using Agile/Scrum
Oversee backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product demos
Support testing, rollout, and stabilization phases
Required Experience:
3+ years of hands-on Product Management in supply chain technology
Proven experience with Blue Yonder or Manhattan WMS implementations
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, distribution, and fulfillment
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication, prioritization, and leadership skills
Bonus Skills:
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Exposure to warehouse automation or middleware tools
Background in enterprise retail or e-commerce environments
