We are looking for an experienced Sr. Principal, Product Manager to drive the roadmap and execution of key initiatives within the Xvantage Cloud platform targeting business growth of Ingram Micro’s top vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, Cisco, and Amazon. Xvantage Cloud is a revolutionary platform designed to unify and simplify the complexities of managing diverse cloud portfolios and accelerate the transition to subscription-based models. Xvantage Cloud empowers partners such as MSPs and VARs to navigate the evolving cloud landscape with unprecedented efficiency, flexibility, and speed to market.    

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to deliver a product vision, prioritize initiatives informed by data & drive execution with data, engineering and marketing/sales operations partners. This is an individual contributor role. 

Your role:

  • Contribute to the product strategy, vision, and execution for Xvantage Cloud by understanding vendor roadmaps, competitive landscape & customer needs.  

  • Be a champion for the user experience and simplify operational tasks such as catalog management, search & discovery, B2B quoting & ordering.  

  • Reimagine the subscription lifecycle management experience using AI to drive customer satisfaction. Provide actionable insights that can help customers grow their business profitably. 

  • Collaborate with Design, Analytics, Product Marketing, Engineering and Customer Service teams to design, develop, test, and launch new features and improvements. 

  • Focus on automation and continuous improvement to deliver efficiencies to customers driving business outcomes such as time and cost savings. 

  • Work with data, analytics teams to understand user behavior. Test growth tactics that maximize retention and grow customer lifetime value. 

  • Monitor and analyze product performance, using insights to inform future product development. 

What you bring to the role:

  

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 

  • 10+ years of experience in technical product management with 5 years of experience building customer experiences for a B2B or B2C platform. 

  • Experience working with go-to-market teams to drive adoption of products across customers & internal associates. 

  • MSP/VAR experience or knowledge of cloud, hyperscaler vendor ecosystems a plus. 

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products and platforms from conception to delivery. 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and influence without authority. 

  • Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams. 

  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Looker, Adobe analytics and experimentation platforms preferred. 

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets. 

  • Ability to work with remote partners and team members via online tools across different time zones.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $152,200.00 - $258,700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
